It's really sad, when I only get to the C's and D's and already want to give up on the game. Gratitude is something that's been beating into me over the years, though, so ... I feel incredibly guilty if I don't acknowledge it. Which, I suppose, is a good thing.
:)
And now for the D's ...
Deano - I will be forever grateful for my friend Deano, who came into my life when I desperately needed friends.
Defibrillators - As scary as they look, they're apparantly the reason I'm alive to write this list.
Doctors - For as much as I hate them ... and Oh, do I hate them ... they seem to at least have an idea of what they're doing with me.
Dogs - While I'm not currently a big fan of the barking beast that I live with, I'm a huge sucker for those big ol' puppy dog eyes. And I'll admit - both she, and my Maxy have silently talked me down a number of ledges over the years.
Dunkin' Donuts - Now that they've started selling their coffee in grocery stores, I am hoplessly, helplessly addicted.

Glad you didn't quit listing your gratitude here. More importantly is that we each acknowledge our own gratitude and show it to those people that we are grateful for.
AnnI find an attitude of gratitude when I lean on God and on the Fellowship.
Thanks for being here :)
